After deciding to enter the Russian market and doing the initial research, it’s a very good idea to visit the country and familiarize firsthand with the market conditions and the business culture. There are no fixed rules about how soon to visit the market, but one thing is clear: you should always visit before entering into any agreements with prospective buyers, distributors or any other local business partners.

Individual meeting itineraries

First, we profile an ideal buyer/distributor/partner in coordination with our client. Our team then schedule meeting with them and optionally, takes care of all the other arrangements that might be requested by our client: assistance in visa making, hotel booking, organizing local transportation, translation services, etc. Usually, our individual meeting itineraries include 5-10 meetings held during 2-4 days. We travel together with our client and coordinate the whole process in order to provide the most efficient interaction with his potential buyers/distributors/partners.

Visiting a fair is a great way to get to know the characteristics of the Russian market and meet clients, distributors, partners, and competitors in one place.
